Help Desk Support for Oracle 9i/10G |

| AUDIENCE: |
The course is for support staff who are required to provide front line support of Oracle databases. Such delegates would include Help Desks, PC support, network support, mainframe operators or UNIX system administrators. |
| PREREQUISITES: |
An understanding of operating systems like UNIX, or Windows 2000/XP. |
| DURATION: |
2 days. Hands on. |
| OBJECTIVES: |
On completion of the course delegates will appreciate the concept of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and Oracle in particular. They will be able to provide support and advice to users of an Oracle database up to and including 9i. |
