Tailored Structure

All of our new entrant and reskilling programmes are individually tailored.  We build our programmes specifically for the needs of your organisation following a detailed period of training needs analysis to ensure the programme works first time every time.

Your Satisfaction

Programmes have ranged from two weeks up to ten weeks depending upon the needs of our clients. Our clients include major Banks and Financial Services Companies.   We currently deliver an Enterprise Server COBOL based programme for a major Insurance Company (Seven weeks in duration, including a Personal Development Phase, detailed COBOL classes, DB2 database, IMS database and the various associated tools). Attendees come from all walks of life as our programmes are designed to take delegates with no experience and turn them into fully fledged IT professionals. Other programmes include Assembler Academies for a major Bank, UNIX/Oracle programmes for a large Utility and Visual Basic web development programmes,to name but a few.

Exceeding Standards

We have our own sets of materials for each subject, but we work with each customer to tailor the courses to fit your standards and expectations.  Exercises are created to suit your environment, making the transition to the "real world" for attendees far easier.  We include all the additional services to the training that you could ever expect including a full follow up service and detailed assessments.  Above all, we are keen to deliver a bespoke package that suits your needs exactly.
