IT managers, system administrators, consultants, programmers and technicians interested in understanding the fundamental concepts of the Windows 2000 operating system. |
| PREREQUISITES: |
Delegates should have a basic, background knowledge of information technology. However, no previous knowledge of Windows 2000 is assumed. |

| OBJECTIVES: |
Will allow the delegate to understand the features and technical capabilities of Windows 2000, demonstrating its structure and functionality. On completion the delegate will be familiar with design goals of Windows 2000, the Graphical User Interface, installation requirements/methods, supported file systems and a number of new features such as Active Directory Services and the Microsoft Management Console (MMC). |
