AUDIENCE:   Experienced support staff or users who have some hands on experience with a UNIX based system, or who have used another type of system and have attended suitable pre-training, such as our UNIX The Essentials course. The course is a pre-requisite to the Solaris System Administration Part 2 course. PREREQUISITES:   Attendees should have a good basic understanding of UNIX, ideally gained through our UNIX The Essentials course, and preferably some practical experience in the workplace. Knowledge of a standard UNIX editor (e.g. vi) will be required. DURATION:   3 days. Hands on.
