| AUDIENCE: |
This workshop is intended for delegates who are familiar with the PRINCE2 project management method. It provides revision of the method and gives guidance and practice in preparing for the PRINCE2 Practitioners examination administered by the Association of Project Managers Group (APMG). |
| PREREQUISITES: |
Delegates should have a thorough grounding in PRINCE2 and should have attended either the PRINCE2 for Practitioners or Foundation Certificate Course. Please note that delegates must have passed the Foundation examination to be eligible for the award of the Practitioner’s Certificate. Delegates may sit both examinations during the workshop. |
| OBJECTIVES: |
The aim of the workshop is to review the PRINCE2 project management method and prepare delegates for the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination.
By the end of the workshop delegates will be able to:
· Apply the PRINCE2 project management method to a practical scenario
· Understand the requirements of the PRINCE2 practitioner’s examination
· Apply the techniques required by the PRINCE2 practitioner’s examination
